Thats cool. Im an X-Box 360 guy, waiting on the new Forza 4 to come out in the fall. Should be good.
Have not yet had a chance to play some GT5 on a PS3 yet.

x2. I've got both, I like them both, but the non revised graphics on the standard cars in GT5 drives me nuts, the look really ****ty. I think overally forza is a much better looking game, however GT5 drives a little bit more realistically. Each is a good game in it's own right. Anyone build a racing seat setup? I built one to play both Forza and GT5 with, it's awesome.

once i figure out how to get my V10 R8 to do anything other than a four wheel drift i'll have some pictures of that...

Agreed on both the realism and the graphics having played both.

You wouldnt want to see the caps of the camaro in 1080p....

The reason the tires have no tread is because they're all slicks.

    Those are all from races.

you're trying that stupid "photo mode"

yeah sure, they look better, but damn, no action? Its fail.

Next time you do some epic racing, watch the replay then hit START then a Photo mode button will appear. its magical.

soft slicks are all any of my 400-500+ HP cars get.

I can make do with mediums for the 400-500's but the level of grip just isn't enough.

I'm starting to find cars without front downforce just aren't good enough.

I thought the mclaren was ballin.

    Then i had a C6 Z06 race model.....

    Then I bought a C6 ZR1 Race model....

Even compared to the true race cars they're slow.

Its a race version isn't it...

To be quite frank, increasing the downforce on the ZR1 race model basically made the car stupid fast.

It seems the main thing lacking in most cars for high speed handling is just that, downforce.
