Well guys (and gals) I am flying out to Tampa Florida this wednesday. I have bought a car there and plan to drive it back to cali. If anyone wants to meet up or mention places to see I would be interested considering its gonna be one long a** ride. Well wish me luck I hope I make it.

Thanks man its like everyone has done something crazy that no matter how many ppl try to talk you out of it its not gonna happen. This is that moment for me. Well my father in law knows a Gm tech in Florida and had him check the car out before I made the deal final. He tried really hard to find something visibly wrong with the car and mechanically wrong without him tearing it apart and found absolutely nothing! Im super excited and cant wait to see it in person.

I'm a touch envious of the ride -- I've done a lot of them but it's been quite a few years since my last one (Vegas to Raleigh, NC -- as I recall). just bring some tunes with you --- else it might be a looooong ride.

    good luck!

Wow! My first car was a 84 cutlass supreme brogham!

Front seats were like lazy boy recliners. So damn comfy u could pass out while driving on the sunniest day of the year! Lol

I still want one again to this very day. Just something about those damn oldsmobiles.

also had an oldsmobile as my first car. granted it was a 1990 olds 98 regency (digital everything, yeah 1990) with the gen1 3800, but it was an amazing first car. i hit everything with it an never dented any panels as well as i put the most amazing cold air intake on it (honda style, way too many bends and went all the way down underneath the front bumper for cooler air. hell yeah.). it was slow. went through any snow that you could put in front of it.

i want another one. or maybe a g-body monte carlo LS. sexy grill time.
