I'll be honest I've sat on google since you posted that bumper link about an hour ago in the chatbox and I came across nothing that big...

matt can't do anything that requires more than one color. he doesn't print decals, he etches them out of a larger piece.

Judging by the fact that its still in a vinyl shop in the pic, it's probably a one of a kind piece.

A sticker shop like reflective concepts and house of grafx as far as I know only have cutters, this actually requires a print press (I think that's what its called). Any shop that does vinyl wraps should have one.

its ugly, its low dpi, itd look better airbrushed, etc. i googled arround for 5-10 min, couldnt find it.

Sharpline of ICT KS can prob help you out with that.
