Like the title says. I have a complete 3800 S/C Series I from a Bonneville. The engine, trans, Cradle and axles are all there. It came from a wrecked Bonneville. A friend of mine towed it in after the man wrecked. He wrecked it because it snapped all the lug bolts off one side and the rim fell off while accelerating. This was the 2nd time it had snapped lug bolts. My buddy had towed it about a year earlier when the man had snapped them under acceleration. It's not like the guy was a young kid @ WOT all the time. It was an elderly man. So who knows? Anyway, It's taking up allot of room in the garage. What the hell should I do with this thing????? Any parts worth a damn??? Looking for advice. Thanks in advance.

Try listing it on ebay and craigslist.

What should I list it for? Most people (at least on here) don't like or have much use for a Series I.

x2 on the craigslist. put 300 on it and let somebody try to talk you down. it's all profit right?

or, get a group of people together, strap on a 200 shot of nitrous, hold it wide open, and see how long it takes to blow up. that could be fun

Wish you were closer to ND. Me and a couple buddies have been tossing around the idea for a good winter project, building a gocart/dune buggy. but using a front wheel drive engine and tranny in the back.

I'd say your best bets would be Craigslist, Ebay, GMforum.com or Pontiacbonnevilleclub.com. Watch out on PBC as it's kinda known to be Pissy Biatch Club. The admin there is a douche waffle of epic proportion.

They would problably have the best need for it though. And IIRC there's a guy in your area that still has a S1 Bonneville that he replaced the motor with and might need a spare.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

Hahaha, I like the Go Kart idea. But I would probably need a new pair of shorts in a weigh nothing frame with a S/C engine. Heck my Kit/Project car may be that way anyways. But I have Allot of spare engines for allot of different projects that I will probably never finish. Heck I even have a Ford '72 429 4V that I want to put in something, but not sure as to what???? 400 SB Chevy for something, 350 chevy for???
AND... As a matter of FACT I DO have a Big boat, well sort-of. I just picked it up the other day. It's a 23' Baja Sport 454. Can't wait to put it on the lake this summer, or take it down to Chesapeake Bay for a week or two. Thanks for the inputs. Keep them coming...
