Banks here are 5-6 feet high and 20 or so feet into the yards. It's like being in a maze to walk down the sidewalk. I'm hoping they wing plow across the street from me again. I need another place to put the next storm and I've been doing well this year heaving it across to the field before they plow or notice.
I give props to anyone living in the NorthEast since you guys have been dealing with this crap all winter. We've been lucky in the Chicagoland area this winter...well until this.

this last round here in new jersey just went and turned north, i got a inch or two of sleet and ice, and its all melted already, so compared to the every other storm this year, i lucked out for sure.

Seriously, I don't think there's anything better in the snow than an old ass W-body. My daughter's '93 Lumina... no problem. I didn't even knock down the mound along the side where we shoveled the main driveway. Backed up about 4' to the fence, put it in drive and gave it hell.

It would be nice if I could dig myself out, i'm gettin sick of this. I still can't get to my house. I made it to our farm which is 4 miles before my house. The only snowplow to go by made it a half mile past here and couldn't go any further.

We've been trying to dig our way there with the tractors and trucks, but at this rate it would take us until Friday to get there.

These are pics i took on the way of what's clear so far and what i attempted to get through untouched Tuesday at 5pm before turning around and staying at a cousins.
