Atkin's diet is the absolute worst. If you haven't read anything convincing, then you haven't tried very hard. Carbohydrates are energy and are needed.

Balance and moderation are the keys the healthy eating. Excercise is the key to losing weight.

And sleep is foreign to me too now-a-days. It's depressing because it's my favorite thing to do besides work on my car and eat lol. (That's pretty sad now that I think about it, oh well.)
