    ok so i have a 97 gt. leather. hud. dic. all that good stuff... could i throw a digital climate control in there posibly ?

    no,

    you would have to replace everything in the HVAC system wiring to make it work. new wire harness, new relays and switches and junk.

    ya mostlikely a no go. im pretty sure everythign but the blower motor is vacuum controled on the non-digital HVAC controls

    Digital climate control isn't anything special. You either have it all the way hot or all the way cold.

    oh? i thought that with the digitals you could set a temp for it to hold?

    or is that just new cars?

    When the digital CC breaks on GP's, it either sets too hot or too cold for what you want, blend doors sticking so one side is opposite of the other, etc...

    At least in all 3 cars I've experienced digital temp, it doesn't so much set the desired temp as it does the temp of the air coming in. I hop in my truck every day and let it sit at 90*. If I were to set it at 75* it would be lukewarm.
