I'm at sears auto waiting for the car to be finished. Currently "taking the browns to the superbowl". All while surfing the net.

    I love this thing.

The iphone is nice if you are into the whole ipod and music thing.. But besides that, all the other internet surfing and video streaming capabilities have been around for cell phones for over 2 years, the iphone is really the only one who finally decided to start advertising it.. 99% of the biggest and best cell phones out there are not sold in stores with contracts..

I've had "Internet" phones before this one. I've had phones that played mp3s before this one. The iPhone by far is the best multimedia phone I've ever touched much less owned. I usually notice apple haters or people that can't afford or justify the price hate on it.

I've used the internet on many peoples' Treos and other smartphones before. Not the best arrangement.

Nothing touches the iPhone in terms of usability (except the new knockoffs). No, I don't have one, and I'm not w/AT&T, and I don't wanna pay for one. Just agreeing that it really is a great product.

Eh, I think you missed my point here... I've seen the iphone before and it's awesome and I wanted one when they first came out.. I'm not trying to take anything away from it either. I do wish that it had more features, it is still probably the best phone out there for $500 or less. How good is the camera on it fish?

The camera isnt too bad. 2 Megapixel IIRC. Here is a pic I took with it.

Ive taken better with it but since that was so close and I was kinda shaking parts are blurry. LOL.

Also didnt mean to jump on you. Ive gotten into heated discussions before about it and it always turns out for the same reason I stated above. My bad.

Does the iphone by chance have a copy and paste feature on it like a computer? I've always wanted that on a phone.. Just curious..

I'm pretty sure, with a steady hand, you could do this with an iPhone

No it doesnt have copy/paste. I was kinda bummed about that. The only other gripe I have is you cant send pics through text messages.

Nice pic. My last 2 phones were Ericssons. W600i and W810i.

Firmware 1.1.3 is due to be out sometime next week.
Here's what the update will enable, aside from disabling any hacks or third party applications you may have installed.
I for one am kinda excited about the new abilities.

    * The ability to send an SMS message to multiple people is now there
    * Google Maps application can now pinpoint your location using cell tower triangulation
    * Google Maps can now display the Hybrid map view
    * You can now drag and drop application icons on your home screen
    * The home screen supports pagination
    * You can now add web bookmarks to your home screen
