i know i dont need low calorie meals, but for now im attempting a dual action plan. i like going slightly lower on my calories (1800-2000/day) and working out 3 or so days a week. im trying to just lose a little weight now and that's about it. i realize strength training is my final goal which will help to burn more fat in the long run, but im taking it one step at a time.

i dont normally go out of my way for low calorie meals, but there was a lean cuisine in my freezer so i took it for lunch. that is all. the rest of my day will be 'normal'.
