Got drunk and ate like poo poo on Fri. I was around my goal today and burned over 500 cals on my workout so I outta be good in a few days. Time to consume a crap load of water to flush ye ol system.
Didn't jump on the scale this morning, but I got blood work done yesterday for multiple things and got my results back today.
Vitamin D came back very mildly low (not surprised) so I'm to take a supplement daily and my LDL was slightly elevated :/ She said nothing alarming, but better eating habits and more exercise was a must. Along with diabetes we have high cholesterol in the family. Glad I have acquired the low carb diet and have found an easy/fun time staying on that.
Didn't have time to make it to the gym, so I threw some salmon on the grill and did 7 minutes of burpees. I can do 11 more than I did 6 months ago (59, now 70).
I love Grilled Salmon. How do you cook it though i've never cooked fish on a grill before. Do you buy they whole fish or fillets ?
you can do either, but it's best with a wood plank to give it a little flavor and so you dont burn it into the grill. im not a huge salmon fan, but i do like fish filets depending upon type. salmon is too 'fishy' for me most of the time.
havent been weighing in or watching what i eat per say, but i have been working out more consistantly. slowly working my way back into this game.
I hit the gym Tuesday night. 856 calories in the hour and five minutes.
Was out in the garage tearing down a motor, shooting etc then got home and ate low carb.
Been drinking water, coffee and tea mostly. Gained a couple lbs overnight from water. It's all good, usually that signals that I'm about to flush and go lower.
I need to drink liek a horse today and flush the system.
I break my deadlift record... and re-injure myself doing lighter doubles. FFFFF. Retarded pain. Barely got light wimpy shoulder presses before I had to shovel myself into my car. Ugh.
Actually, I am, thanks. A little active rest walking around a big car show then beer pong loosened me up a bit... after I sat on my ass for a whole day. And an ice pack. Still not good enough to lift yet, but I can reach down to tie my shoes now.
I ate like major poopy over the weekend at a family gathering. Ugh so many sweets and good home cooking. I ate decent yesterday and Sunday but today isn't starting out too good. Time to go pound some more water soon.
I really gotta lay off the junk food. I've been great with my workouts but lazy with my dieting. I've put on even more muscle so now I'm staring to look like a built fat-guy. Need to get back down to around 215lbs.
Last time I was checked. I was 192 lean body mass and have added a good 5 to 10 lbs to that so I'll be doing great if I can drop back down to where I was weight wise.
My Goal is 195. I'm about 215 now. I've been down to 212 but i fluctuate alot.
Gained 20 pounds in a month. And lost it due to laziness in 3 months.. now I'm going back into school it's time to get swoll. Girls like ripped guys is what I hear

I started Couch to 5k today. Made an custom interval trainer in Endomondo Pro. I'm sore and wore out to say the least.
