I'm wondering how long I should wait to get a new swim suit. The one from last year falls off me. My brother and sis in law have a new heated pool at the house they built last year.
biggest loser challenge officially over. gained like 2-3 pounds back over last week because i was eating like a doucher, but i didnt care. the dieting portion to cut weight is over.
now i am going to continue to eat healthier and am going to focus more on strength training now.
Right on. I'm still trying to lose. I'm still considered Obease by the BMI scale. It's easy to gain from eating bad. I can put 3-5 lbs on easy but i always get it back off later that week.
glad to see were still plugging away at this. I unfortunately hit a plateau, my weight hasnt budged in 3 weeks. i cut some calories, hopefully i can see a couple lbs come off by weigh in friday.

Going on five days without exercise (minus a 6-mile dog walk Sunday) because I injured my shoulder. Had one of those "Oh... I'm too old for this now" moments. Guess I'm not 18 anymore and I should stay out of mosh pits.
My diet started today. Yay.. craving sooooooo many carbs
Asked wife if she wanted to go exercise with me again tonight...Answer it's Tuesday i'm going to see Cade ( our nephew ) at Mom's.
I lifted for the first time in a little while. Felt great
Good deal man! I need to build my chest up again badly.
Did biceps and back today. Gonna be sore the next couple days.

I need to get a bench for free weights
ive found out that basically all of the 'normal' exercises that i used to think were beneficial suck. they are too isolated of exercises. im following this meathead program that if i actually followed it i would end up getting huge. thats not the plan, so i dont do it 5 days, rinse, and repeat like they want you to. i do it like 3 times a week or so. i also am going to make sure i take some protein shake after i lift to help the gains i should be seeing.
either way, when i left yesterday i was having issues holding onto the top of my steering wheel. arms were tired.

I have free weighs upto 8 lbs i think i just bought one day for like 25 bux on clearance. Jillian's but they'll get the job done. I just need to do some basic things. I wanted them to do dumbell pushups but they're not big enough and too freakin heavy to return to the store i didn't' wanna carry them again lol.
On a good note i lost another half lb.
Back below 200 for me.
