i know i dont need low calorie meals, but for now im attempting a dual action plan. i like going slightly lower on my calories (1800-2000/day) and working out 3 or so days a week. im trying to just lose a little weight now and that's about it. i realize strength training is my final goal which will help to burn more fat in the long run, but im taking it one step at a time.
i dont normally go out of my way for low calorie meals, but there was a lean cuisine in my freezer so i took it for lunch. that is all. the rest of my day will be 'normal'.

up to 175lbs now, (was 164lbs on my first post a few months ago). would like to gain another 5 lbs of "healthy mass" before spring, which is when i will start the cutting.

so I haven't really worked out since october and the holidays got me pretty good I gained about 15lbs so I already changed my diet back and added a twist trying to go vegitarian for awhile been going at it 2 weeks now trying to stay below 1500 calories a day and I plan on running everyday this next month I'm going to start off slow and build my endurance back up and I'll probably start lifting again when I get down to 150 or under

oh please you're still skinny. but more power to ya. i dont think i could do the vegetarian thing, Lilien tries that mess and its disturbing; i'd starve.

i somehow made it through the day on monday only consuming like 1200 calories. myfitnesspal told me i should consume more for at that level i was in risk of entering 'starvation mode' where i would no longer lose weight. ha!

I was told to stay under 1400 a day when I was running 10 miles a day I would eat like 5000 a day and still lose weight and brandons I'm not still skinny 160 and all of those 15lbs went right to my gut lol so I'm skiny except for my belly lol

yeah, back when i was active (swimming) i could surely put down 3k a day easy and still stay in phenomonal shape.

Hit the gym Monday for a pathetic 450 calories. Didn't hurt myself as it was my first day back in quite some time. Took yesterday off and will be back tonight for more calories. Thanks for the reminder on MFP, downloaded it again.
Pretty heavy right now and I'll likely be able to drop pretty quick when I look at what I'm eating.

I am also on MFP. I started almost a month ago at 328 pounds. Down to 306 currently just from diet change. Will start on the treadmill in March. My goal weight is 220. Ive got a ways to go!

i started at 252 and am currently hovering just above 245. i am not attempting to change my diet drastically, just watching what i eat a little more.
i use the exercise to actually do all of the work. i currenly show up at the gym and either run or lift weights, never both on the same day unless im feeling frisky.

Me and the wife completely changed our style of eating. Im trying to eat more paleo style meals. I usually have some breakfast cups that I make each day (an egg, piece of ham, slice of tomato and bacon strip all in a muffin tin. Quick and easy to make and take along throughout the week) along with a shake. And a Protein/Meal replacement shake for lunch. Then dinner we eat fairly healthy. No pasta's, and very little bread (only whole grain for me). No white flour, rice, etc. I eat alot of beef and pork, and alot of sweet potato's.

all i ever have for breakfast is a multivitamin and a carnation instant breakfast. low calories, high on the vitamins and minerals.
the rest of the day ill eat whatever, i just attempt to manage my portion sizing appropriately.

My other half found out she's allergic to gluten and dairy. Automatically I'm looking out for stuff she can have and trying to keep the tempation out of the house.
Toss up that muffin thing recipe. Sounds like something I'd like to try.
Probably about 200-210 at the moment.

you guys ever heard of fitocracy it tuens working out into a game basicly you get expereince for working out level up unlock acheivments and so on abunch of us did it at work when it was in its beta phase and started a pool and the highest level at the end of the month got a free gas card it shouldn't take free stuff to motivate you tho just beating my freinds and co-workers motivated me lol

feeling better need to work on cardio more instead of lifting.
