It's that time of the year again, and im sick of 6mpg in the Z.

I want my car back, Anyhow right now i have a 3.4 pulley setup with no tune, i want to make more power with ONLY a pulley drop, What will i need and what pulley can i go the lowest with.

I have a 3" exhaust, Headers, Ported blower, Ported intake, Ported heads, BBV bypassed, Stock injectors.
And yes i fell for it, a throttle body spacer but i mainly only bought it cause it blocks coolant going into the throttle body.
    103 autolite spark plugs
I think i have more i'm not sure, And i have a SLP CAI

What pulley can i get and am i safe,

    I'm ordering a ZZP 1.0 computer.
    FELPRO head gaskets
    Garlock L67 supercharger gasket
    Aluminum Intake gaskets
    Rubber throttle body gaskets =2
    Some pulley
Head bolts - I never reuse them
MAYBE roller rockers, I cant find any cheap ones for a stock cam.

Also I cannot find header gaskets, i want the multi layer aluminum ones, i bought them for my Z, they squish to seal. and work perfect, i think the maker was percys?

Anyways any help would be GREATLY appreciated, I need to order the stuff this weekend.

    im thinking 3.3 or 3.25

dont think we have "header" gaskets for our cars...u can get the metal exhaust manifold gaskets from teh stealership thats what i have with my SD headers and they seal fine.
and why not go with a 3800 perf PCM?

    dont get a blower spacer.

just get your LIM welded if you're concerned about coolant....

I run a 3.2 with no intercooler. You would be a lot happier with a custom tune as stated above. 1.9 rockers really wake the car up if you are sticking with a stoke cam.

get 1.9 rockers, might be able to go 3.25 with a nice tune....but every car is different

you just need to find them used like I did...I got my 1.9s for $190 and they were technically new cause they got rebuilt to be like new under waranty

The best box tune is the one where they do as little as possible. No added timing, no fuel map adjustments or anything like that.

Just get the basic switch over on the t-stat temp, and the other usual adjustments.

The only way to get a proper job on a tune is to get a custom one. It really is the only way
