This one has a 540 big block with 700hp although a supercharged version is
available with 800hp.J ust like the original '69 cars they're special ordered as per customer specs.
Joel's engine of choice was usually the L-88, with the first being put into a 1967 Camaro.
So confident of his cars, Motion offered a guarantee with his Phase III Camaros,
that they would run 11.50 at 120.

Here's a perfect case of "You can't judge a book by it's cover"
Produced By Year One, Burt Retnolds Bandit Edition.
The Ban III includes upgrades, a monster 8.8 liter (540-inch) Pontiac V8 making over 650 horsepower. A 5-speed manual is the only transmission offered on the Ban III. Suspension consists of the Ban II’s tubular front subframe, rack-and-pinion steering, and four-link rear with adjustable coil-overs on each corner. Chassis reinforcements include integrated subframe connectors and a four-point roll bar with safety harnesses. Brakes are huge Baer Racing 6-piston calipers with 14-inch two-piece rotors front and rear. The Ban III offers a level of performance rarely seen in a street-legal vehicle.
