I'm sure most of you have seen this Roadkill episode and know about this car, but after I watched it, I just had to re-post this video.
Holden HSV. Such a sexy car. I would give my left nut and more to import this car over and drive it.

That is so far from a Holden at this point, it isn't even funny.
Over 1000 WHP, and a powerglide isn't exactly factory spec.
Never said it was factory spec.
Just re-posted the video because it's one hell of a car and it's still a "Holden." Obviously not stock..
What I really wanted to say is, a 727 cube hemi does not a Holden make.
On a side note: it's got about double what the initial car was worth in modifications.
Would be super awesome though.
It kinda sucks now that Cadillac is finally getting their cars down in size and weight that all of the V8s are gone. At least for now.
On the other hand, an ATS with a turbo ecotec already has larger turbo options. Upon looking for the Pfadt kit, it seems they went under in February, but I can't tell if they've opened their doors again. Nor am I able to find the two EFR kits they offered for the ATS turbo.
roadkill is a kickazz show
Heres a gulp of more traditional badass with a big modern bite. This one is currently on it's way to Vegas to debut at the SEMA show. Finished with less last-minute drama this time but this year we only have one ride to haul. Its a '41 Ford 1 ton cab on a Roadster Shop chassis with a new bed and gate, and all but the bed is original steel smoothed by yours truly. Some of the panels were car parts that had to be modified to go on a truck, it was a rat rod mess when we started. Anyway, these pics represent the bulk of my year's work, along with that of a few others. Proud to be a part of that team.
Thats a Roush-blown Coyote 5.0, like what is used in the current year's Mustangs but with the wick turned up to around 700 hp, or so I am told. I bet its fairly quick. What you can't see is that theres A/C, P/S, and P/B in there. The 32-valve engine in a narrow '41 body was a packaging challenge. Thats the boss being blinded by reflections.

Me too. It got the interweb equivalent of mag ink at the show, (pics 6 and 7 at this link) and an engine shot because somebody noticed the cool swap.
