What's it worth?

So am I am getting ready to sell my GP and was wondering what you guys thought it was worth. I checked KBB and it books for $3860 but I have seen GTPs with less miles going for $3000 and seen GTs with 180,000 miles going for $6000 so there really is no rhyme or reason to prices.

My car is a 2000 GTP 4 door, 144,000 miles, leather, HUD, sun roof, Bose, 12 disc CD changer, Cassette, pretty much every option except for polished rims. It is black in color so the paint has its flaws. Overall the paint is in pretty good shape. I just had a rust spot right under the gas door fixed. In the last 20,000 miles I have put on new front tires, changed the SC oil, new rear brakes, plugs, wires, tinted the windows, and had the intake recall done.

So guys, any thoughts as to what I should ask? I was thinking around $4500 and going down a couple hundred if someone haggles.

I wouldn't ever pay a penny over KBB value for a car, I always try for at least 1000 under.
