I'm sorry to inform you all that my days of owning a Grand Prix are coming to an end. I wanted a new daily driver seeing as my beautiful Daytona is coming up on 150,000 miles. She was a champ and I will miss her. A soldier from the Foreign Legion is actually going to purchase and take good care of her. I have demodded the car and will have many parts available. I will put a for sale link up soon, but feel free to PM me if you're interested and I will give you the list of what I have.

My new ride, who I call Blue Steel, is a 2005 V8 6.0L Pontiac GTO. This car is amazing!

I wanted the M6 but this one is A4. I couldn't pass it up for the price. Everything was clean on it, perfect paint, low miles, clean carfax.... talked them down to $11,000. I didn't think this one would last that long. The Impulse Blue Metallic is too beautiful of a color. I couldn't even walk out on them which is always something I do. I was happy with their asking price to be honest so I just called it a win on day one.

Nice! 6M would have been more fun to drive but if you ever plan on racing, auto is better anyhow.

So when are you going to bring out "Magnum"?

I agree. I see on the LSx forums there are a decent amount of M6 guys that want to swap for an auto trans, although many seem to want the 4L80e, etc.. I'm in hopes in the future, and I have to look further into it, of maybe swapping with another guy for his T-56. I'm not a drag racing kind of guy. I'd love to take this thing autocrossing though. That'd be sweet.

I'm going to look into the T-56 swap as many guys seem to want an auto trans. Drag racing apps I suppose is what they want. Probably a beefier driveshaft, Cam, heads.... I don't plan on going too far with this car as it is my dd, nor do I really need to. Stock the car is a beast. N/A the car will stay. Maybe hook up a 100 shot or something just for the hell of it. Build my own kit....

If I ever swap the trans I would probably do nothing but suspension mods....

Sounds good. Besides 400hp is damn good for a DD
