well as of Monday I'll be liven in PA..specifically the Hanover area so as i'll kinda be friend less there for a bit all u PA guys(and girls) from around that area hit me up on here with PMs with aim/yahoo screen names, pehaps we could hang out sometime.
on another note..is it possible to not register my car in pa and just keep my NY plates/registration.im thinking if i keep off the local/state cops radars i'll be fine. but idk the same goes for a state liscence,do i HAVE too get a PA state id??

Hanover i think it more central PA, but still welcome! When I moved back from Delaware I had my Blazer still registered in Delaware until the day I sold it ... so its possible.

damn lol...well i just get it after i get the $ up..i hope the DMV fees arnt as astronomical as NY is...cost me 140 bux to register my car here like 2 months ago after i bought it
And its more southern area it looks like,,its nearer to Lancaster than anything i can see on the map of pa..its fairly close to the PA/Maryland border.

most of the meets are in Central - West PA it seems like.. honestly most of the meets I went to this year were all by the Jersey shore.

If your permanent residence is in PA, your NY stuff won't work. Drive conservatively until you've got PA plates, since cops can see you're from NY coming and going. On the upside, it's only like $7 to fight a citation here.

I've yet to find a state that's easier on speeding out this way. Don't exceed the limit by more than 14mph, and you're alright by them.

Okay, so you need a cat unless you can find a shady mechanic to do your inspection (or you have a truck and cops can check easily). And you've got to go light on the tint (70% with nothing on windshield if I remember correctly). And you can't have strobes, light bars, under lighting, etc. Or light-up wipers. Ridiculous = Tasteful?
