    I have a 97 GTP that came with HID headlights where can I Buy the Bulbs? there 9007
    Red GTP coupe, Intake, Poly Dogbones. 8K HID's, Headers, DIY HUD, Aeroforce Scan Gauge,Kenwood Excelon KDC-X794, MSR 045 18" rims, Borla Cat-Back.

    I disprove of peoples actions, and want to mega man punch them in the testicals.

    What watt should I go with. sorry this is all new to me I dont know ANY thing about HIDs

    Also the HID that are in there dont seem to be too bright. I want them to be bright as sh*t what bulb should I get. And what does the K stand for?

    k is temp.

    so,
    5000k is white light
    6000k, has a blue tint to it and still bright
    8000k, more blue and bright
    10000k, very blue and bright, but i would not get anything above 8000k because i think that 10k it way too blue

    I have the 6000k and they work good for me.

    Ok sorry for playing 50 Q but are they all the same light output and is the temp. just the color? Whats the brightest

    I'm not 100% sure about the light output getting better with the rise in K's, but I know that 5000k or 6000k will have a clearer look on the ground than that 8000k or the 10000k becuase they have more a blue look than a white clear one.

    I would just get the 5000k or the 6000k.

    Light output decreases as you go higher in K ratings. 4300K - 5000K is the brightest.

    4300K is pure white. that is your best bet for the brightest bulb.
