i only got like 200-300 dollars i want to spend (im extremely cheap and save all my money)all i have now is a home built intake. im wondering if i should go with speeddaddy headers or maybe a pair of flowmaster 44's or slp loudmouths... or maybe a canned pcm... or a downpipe. or maybe some lowering springs. can you tell im undecided? theres too much i want with too little money haha or should i go with something completely different? i have a gt and really dont plan on top swapping, its a daily driver so i dont wanna pour too much money into it. so what would you guys do?

headers are a worthwhile mod for a GT for ~$200.

For just a couple hundred more, you could top swap. Yes, I read that you aren't planning on it, but you really should. It's a great mod; ask around.

ohhh ok i thought you were saying dont mod it at all. i would like to top swap, but idk... how hard is it really to do on your own? is it challenging meaning it requires thought on what you gotta do or is it just pretty straight forward but just takes time to do it all? how much is it really like 500-700 dollars? ive seen them for 1000 then ive seen them for 500 and i see m90's on craigslist as low as 300. and what exactly are ER rockers and what do they do?

you can do a top swap for around 700ish just look on all the gp sites for top swaps for sale and then you need a tune and a few other things its not to bad as far as what you need to do

If your going for performance, I'd do the downpipe or headers or PCM.... but you'll need a case learn with the PCM, so budget for that also. Don't forget about strut bars.... you will deff notice those.

If your going for looks, I'd do the springs... but how old are your struts? Mine as well replace them also. What about window tinting? Do something free, like de-badging it.

its a daily driver so i dont wanna pour too much money into it
When I bought this car 6 years ago...... I said the same thing.
Its just a car.......with rust and dreams for the future!!!!

I was thinking about tinting my windows but i dont feel like getting hassled by the cops. idk if the struts were ever replaced, i bought the car last year with 122k on it and got 131k on it now. how often do you replace those usually? at this point im pretty much going for performance. the only appearance mod really on my mind is the front plate filler, and when i get the money, the hood spoiler airdam combo off pfyc.com also grills would be nice, and halo's, and of course the springs. another question tho, when you put in lowering springs, is it just the springs you replace, or should you be doing stuts and sway bars and other things too?

Do the PCM, downpipe, and an HV3 if you're not going to boost it. If you only have $200 I'd start with the PCM, unless you're getting a custom tune then do it last. I don't like the way headers feel on n/a gps, the amount of low-end you lose just doesn't feel right on a DD to me.
