Ive spent a decent ammount of cheddar buying/fixing things that I believe could have been causing this partial throttle knock. I had a scare a month or two ago that ended up being a PCM issue (dont know how it happened, but one of the knock tables in the PCM had random numbers)... but the ammount of knock I have now is here to stay.
As Ive said before, it all occurs at REALLY low throttle percentages when there is next to no load on the motor. Here is a good scan in PARK of the knock. Ive been told that the PCM will not pick up knock in park so... with that being said (if its true of course) this has to be something electrical... aye?

Im currently redoing my VE tune so this is really the first time in months Ive sat in the car idling to get scan data. I noticed the knock was popping up (as you can see in the scan) so I tapped the gas a few times until I saw more then 1 degree registering. The scan speaks for its self.
Ive fixed a lot of little things that could have been tapping and making false knock seeing as how I kinda had them all in the back of my head to buy anyway. Those things including cleaning all fuel injection/ignition electrical connections, replacing wires (had some crappy Taylors before), poly upper and tranny mounts, Lokar dipstick (old one was tapping downpipe), smaller brake booster, oxygen sensor, and Ive gone through a couple different tunes. Nothing has made any effect on the knock.
Im not asking for a miracle, just seeing if anyone has any suggestions.
Side notes:
I had my alarm installed right around when this problem showed up. Somehow related? Do they normally tie into something that could be giving feedback/***ing with the electrical system?
Car is not registering any misfires when scanning with Powertuner.
According to scans, all seems to be below 2000 RPM.
