    what would it take im a dreamer of sorts plus i have insomnia so i have time to think bout ****.. but not with a clear head

    powertrain....

    drivetrain.....

    suspension...

    what would it really take eliminate the fabrication woork for a minute what would be the best setup

    im not to up on gms engine / trans line up past 96 or so but hell i figure start with a gutted coupe with no eng/trans and go to town

    Depends, I would go with a Supercharged LSX or Some sort of LS transplant, And what would you want for a trans, Stick or auto? also what about the rear end? independent or solid? many things to think of there.

    i know it has been done i was just curious peoples thoughts were
    if i actually had enough cash to build this id probably would build a oldschool

    but i was intrested to see what people would use as far as set up goes

    BLAH 10bolts, i hate em, make sure to get a Girdle and weld the tubes along with a nice posi, ZEXLE if your going Auto, not sure what to get if you get a stick, most sticks kill 10bolts lol

    yea ok thats not the point though if i had enough to do a rwd conversion id already own a gto i was just curious what peoples thoughts were

    to convert ur gp to rwd u need a wrecken f body car rear end driveline and crossmember then just need to do some fab work for them to work id try to find a maro with a ls1
    01 GTP is3 cam 130 springs double roller 60lb injectors lq4 maf headers 4000 stall lowered
    sold 97 GTP stock
    Sold 2001 gp gt ssm90 plog dp 3.8 208 whp 265 at the crank 14.8 1/4

    I'd go with an LS1 drivetrain. It's been done so its feesible.
    OverKilled, HAI, Ported Throttle body, Ported intake, ZZP DP, Magnaflow, BMR ta's, GMPP STB's, CCS springs, tinted tailights, roof rails, TEP cool'r, G8 hood. Glass Gearbox.
