um, where i live, for every black guy who puts 20s on his car, there is a white guy who will put 22s on there. then another black guy puts 24s on his ride, but a different white guy will put 26s on his car. its an on going process that really cant be put in stone. i know just as many black guys who have rims over 20in as i do white guys
