Thats the direction im leaning but i do like the bronco's aswell

theres a ton on cl from 600-2500 witch is my price range at the moment
    of both k5's and broncos

and both have the same sorta issues so i guess it comes down to what kinda deal i can make

K5 FTW see the problem is most ppl in here are probably pro GM. At least I am in this case.
There is no replacement for displacement........unless you have a supercharger or turbo

2000 Bright Red GTP Coupe GXP axle back, GMPP sway bar, NGK TR6, 180 stat. (Uninstalled Aeroforce Interceptor, DHP PCM, FWI, Gen V on the way) and still no pulley in sight.

K5 with the BIG BLOCK or Eddie Baur Bronco with the 351, either one can be tasty if done right.

I am a chevy fan... got a 69 c10 all studded out like a hot rod..... and I have a 67 K5 blazer..... the c10 has a 350 bored out .30 over.... and the K5 came with a small block 400 that had cracked heads and the original 350 that was in it with a blown piston.... I did the easy task of putting new heads on the 400 and she runs great... I vote K5, but then again I am bias.

Im gm bias to but not overly so that it would force me to pass up a clean bronco

I own fords and gm's and they both have there own problems but I truly think done right both can be insane trucks
gas wise broncos are like 10 city 16 highway
and k5's are around the same or a little less

then there the ugly but still beastly RamCharger But I have never been a dodge fan at all

yea my 69 c10 is a long bed.... it was my g-pa's and was sitting in his garage ever since I could remember... it was clean.. no rust except some minor paint bubble on the quarters.... he had done some work to the motor... had headers and little inch duals on it... straight pipes.. load as ever.... its a long bed with the camper special package including air conditioning... yea thats right 69 with airconditioning... it will freeze your a$$ right outa that truck too, if you aint careful.... its a nice ride... I love the dual sadle tanks I can nearly drive to ames and back without having to fill up... just sucks when I do fill up... two 40 gallon tanks... expensive!!!
