Re: Quick Cylinder question!
turn the key halfway between lock and on and the tranny should unlock. put your foot on the brake, put it in neutral then set the parking brake and let go of the brake slowly and it should roll back a little. then put the car back in park and take out the key.
THEN try moving the engine forward and putting the dogbone in the second hole.
With two people, only one of them needs to have any strength to push the engine forwards.

hmm i shall try this tommorow
except what do you mean by putting the dogbone in the second hole?
Re: Quick Cylinder question!
Look at the dogbone on the passengers side and look at the engine end of it, there should be another hole in the bracket.
Re: Quick Cylinder question!
ah i see. so bolt that in and i should have ample room?
Re: Quick Cylinder question!
Just slide the bolt in that hole and you should be good.
Re: Quick Cylinder question!
