Yes in the sense that I'm not sure where you'd be able to go all out in first gear without losing traction.
Get something to scan for knock as well.
prevous owner works at a gm stealership and has scanner there and he said it does not have any knock at all
a tune in the dead of winter would have your car running all kinds of wacky in the summer. you need two tunes to do it right in the end, but most people just run one decently conservative tune and have at it.
so he sat in the car with the scanner and drove it WOT to the top of first and second gear?
