check the cross braces. I had a 63 riviera essentially the same thing we knew we had to get new floor pans but the braces were gone and you cant get those

Floor pans were fine. Whereabouts do I look for these crossbraces? The cars in pretty good shape for a 46 yr old car.

the one we had no rust what so ever except the floor pans. but they are under the carpet. thats why we didnt know till we tore it down
