That's a tad on the high side, if you are willing to travel some I've found them with about the same mileage for about 8k

Yeah dont buy used cars from us lol
Everytime I go to the junkyard thats less than a mile from my work there are usually one or two cars there that still have the plates on them, heck I seen a grand prix there once that had the paper work in it from when the person bought it and it died literally 1.3 miles after they bought it.
