well the area he drives the cops like to pull ppl over for tint, b/c the cops are lazy and have to make as many tickets so they do the easy stuff and just be mean about it

main reason is cuz they are newer and have to be dicks so they can get a better city and pay
thats how its always been cr cops don't like the new guys but they have been getting some as of late and they are almost worse
i know some just drive around on there off time and take plates of ilegal tint and other mods and keep that with them on patrol
