    So I was just given an 03 Grand prix GT. Having some issues. Very poor gas mileage, won't go bast 4100 RPM, no power, no acceleration, and making a noise that seems like exhaust near the rear of the motor. Think it might be the cat but not sure. Any ideas?

    4100 rpm while in park? that would be normal..

    No, while I am in Drive. Hits 4100 RPM, doesn't go further and no acceleration.
