I am going to Sticky this thread so that it does not get lost in the shuffle.

Hopefully this will help anyone wronged by him.

I do ask that everyone that posts in here, please keep things as civil as possible. Do not point fingers at each other. The person we should be pointing fingers at is TDC.

Agreed. I don't plan on letting this go. I really don't believe a word this guy says, but regardless, I sent him my address anyways. If he ships it that's great and all, albeit very late. TDC said he would be "in contact" so we'll see. Its 5:00pm and I haven't gotten any tracking info so I am not holding my breath.

He is still lying. Here is my exchange with him in PMs.

First send pic's. I want the part and only wish for you to act like the bussiness person you potrayed yourself as. If you would like to finish the transaction that you failed to deliver on than you will send pic's so that I have something to compare the part to or to prove what it is/was that I had order to be acurate and indeed what I originally ordered. I was told to get details from Officer Harlowe, because if this continues he wants to be sure that we have the information needed to proceed.

And yes I do want the part, even over 5 weeks later, so please send the pic's so that I can finally recieve the part you promised me, this is by no means an unresonable request, unless you plan to deceive all us again

I never received no such PMs nor e-mails through paypal from TDC. For that matter, when paypal "tried" to refund me before, they closed my claim because there were no such funds available even though my claim was decided in my favor. Now, I just checked and my claim says: "
After careful consideration, we're unable to decide this claim in your favor at this time." Anyone else with this comment in their paypal claim???


So I do not understand why me (or others who havent chimed in yet) have not heard from TDC. I have not been on this post in quite some time bc I took this as a loss. Now that I am seeing him respond, I will do my part to take further action: contacting the sheriff and PMing TDC.

True, but my brother was scammed in his zx2 community, and the guy played his cards exactly like TDC did. Some of you will get some items in hopes that your withdraw your complaint, or show that he is complying. The ones that won't get their product will be screwed.

Would it be possible for an ADMIN to this site send an e-mail out to those affected by TDC. Maybe we can get more involvement from others to file the IC3 form and e-mail the sheriff. Just a suggestion.

I've emailed the Sargent yet I've received no contact from TDC.

The best part of this whole situation is: If Parker is telling the truth about being locked out of paypal, why would he offer the parts to people on the forums? The only reason is because he knows for certain that they paid for the part because the purchase started through this forum. My purchase started in email and I've yet to receive any email stating he'd like to follow through with this transaction. This leads me to believe, he thinks he can attempt to satisfy the "more important" ones, or perhaps let the wrong people get a hold of that information.

Honestly, its all up in the air now. We have no way of knowing who he really is, what/who he's associated with, or if he even has a history of scamming people.

Now I'm free to say what I wish so long as I'm not defaming Parker. As I see it, I've made no assumptions but clearly stated that we honestly have no clue if parker is even a real person. Parker could simply be a cover for a scam artist. And the possiblities roll on and on so lets stay focused on whats BS and what we know and keep them separated.

DNA........please remove me from the list. I am not owed anything by TDC racing. I had done business with him in July, but not for the amount listed, and he did ship everything that he was supposed to. In the page and post number, Gary had money owed to him, it had nothing due to me. Please correct and remove me from the list. I really hope that all of you people have filed with their local PD and don't accept his shipping stuff out delay tactic. You need to get and keep as much pressure on him as possible from a legal standpoint.

well i also remember someone somwhere saying that theres no way he got some of thoes gauges for the prices he was selling them for..
so how is he giving people products without maybe even having them?
only way is if he is taking a big loss on all of this lol

Should be in the paypal I sent, Also this was for a NIB green aeroforce interceptor scangauge. I would like detailed pictures of the actual item (new in box green aeroforce interceptor) before i resend you my address. Again, it should be available to you in your paypal account.

And another email from TDC, but still refuses to send a pic of such said part.
Sorry if I don't want to be scammed again, how hard is it to send a pic anyway? come on lets be reasonable TDC, your bad, not mine.

I just got off the phone with the paypal claims dept and I was told that if in fact paypal is working with him (she refused to say one way or another) that they would have told him to resolve the disputes and that it is up to us the buyers to decide how we want it resolved with either a refund or the product if you want to take a chance on it. So if anyone else is sick of his crap and wants their money refunded like I do, don't take any BS from him that paypal only wants him to ship out the stuff. She also mentioned the possibility that he could just send out junk in order to procure a tracking number to clear himself. So watch out guys.

Thanks for posting this. I have a feeling this is exactly what he is doing. He knew very well how to play paypal so I wouldn't take any more chances with him. I am happy to let the police handle this clown unless I get a refund.

I would be careful about giving out your addresses.

I have utilized PayPal numerous times so therefore i am familiar with the ins and outs of it. The Primary way for PayPal to settle a dispute is with a tracking number. It is possible that TDC is just getting your address to send you something (not your item). Then he provides the tracking number to PayPal. If the destination address is the same as the one that paid for the item then you, the buyer, are at more of a loss. At that point he could claim he sent your item and you could claim he didn't. Basically your words against his. If he does not provide a tracking number for an item that was supposed to be sent out he is automatically in the accountability spotlight instead of both of you.

On the other hand, because of the influx of complaints PayPal would most likely side with you, the buyer.

I would talk to the Sgt and see what he recommends BEFORE contacting or replying to TDC.

I know this is for the people who got scammed..but wanted to let you know if you havent noticed...He has went and deleted ALL of his post.

I sent him my address I figure I am pretty much ****ed either way, if I get my gauge great if not **** it.
