I did talk to them on the phone as well (between the last 2 emails), they transferred me to 2 different supervisors once the details were explained a bit more, I was told that (if) they investigate and find out that this was an intentional scam, and that the funds were withdrawn intentionally, they would possibly persue means of recovering the money (ie collections agencies/courts/possibly more severe...). The supervisors also wer ethe ones who asked me to report this via email jsut to make sure it got the proper attention...
GRANTED this is all just talk from someone making $7/hr in a phonebank, but it did SOUND promising, and they kept xferring me w/o me having to ask to speak to a supervisor.

BTW sorry if none of this makes sense, I'm a little drained today

Their is lots you can do. Right now he has no pressure on him. No one calling, no one knocking on his door. Someone needs to play "bill collector" and start putting some pressure on him. Im sure he has family members that have listed numbers. Look them up and start calling these people and tell them what he did. Their is also members on here that live near him. Go knock on his door. Im not up on the US laws but it may be hard for the police to press charges. They may say its a civil dispute and the people burned will have to pursue their loss. I dont know. Has anyone considered that because he had a business that maybe he's filed for bankruptcy? Its a sh!tty deal and he should be horse whipped. Paypal will never be able to recoup your losses. Use a pre-paid mastercard and you will never be burnt again.

I doubt it was a real business. I can't see where he did enough business to have a tax id and stuff. But income is income to the IRS. I am sure they would be interested to know if he's been skimming them saying he only works at McDonald's as the Sr. Fry Cook.

I live about 4 hours from him... he pulled a number on me at CGP on some pacesetters... I got them, but it cost me more to fix them then I paid for em.

I recieved my IC from Minichopper6hp. Worked with it. Couldnt get it to work. Parker Said he would refund me my full amount if i sent it back to him so i did so. Package was received by him on 9/3/09 and was signed by him but have not been refunded so add me to that list DNAProdigy. was supposed to be refunded 450.00 and still nothing. Oh and also never received a refund on the FMHE that he said was sent out but never showed up at my doorstep he said he'd rrefund before all this happened but on the bill it shows nothing and that was 210 dollars. so no 450.00 dollar refund on IC and and no 210 dollar refund on FMHE.

A buddy of mine is a cop. I told him this whole story and he truly believes this was an "opportunistic crime" Which means basically this was not planned but something happened in his life where he needed this cash ie/ behind on mortgage, bills. It kinda makes sense as he could have got much more. Whatever the reason, it sucks. As for people that live close to him, their is an entire thread of guys that went to the strip with him that are still on here. Maybe one of those guys can step up and go knock on his door.

I live in Georgia, I never dealt with him directly but we had conversations via PM on the forum. We had made verbal plans for him to tune my car, but hadn't set a date yet. He had seemed like a real nice/knowledgeable guy...

Well some new info here The address that my gauge was shipped from was from a pizza hut in Dallas Texas...... looks like he is trying to cover his tracks.
