Don't let your gaurd down just yet, whats keeping him from continueing this BS and sending total garbage and/or the wrong part just to prove he did ship it to you, or to prolong the BS and buy time/cover his ass. get pics, details , and as much info to cover your asses if it hits the fan, AGAIN.
Everyone should check the other thread, TDC has been making demands, so much for promisses.
I posted in the other thread, but, wanted to post here to say that I was not one of those who received a PM from him.
I just sent him a PM and will be contacting the sheriff. I was willing to take this as a loss before but now that I am seeing him respond to some people, I am willing to take further legal action.
Let me guess. He only PM'd those of us who have gotten the police involved according to the list in the other thread. Imagine that? What a crook. The only reason he had for coming out of hiding was to try and avoid the legal consequences of his fraud. If we all had just decided to take the loss he would have happily run off with our money. I hope everyone involved contacts the Sheriff. See that he gets what is coming to him.Quote:

I agree with the above statement. Everyone needs to file a claim. Can an ADMIN to the website e-mail those members on the list who have not confirmed they filed anything? Maybe that might help speed up the process. We need to all seek legal action and put more pressure on TDC.
I understand you guys want your parts...But if paypal has already told you that you won the claim but he had NO money...then why allow him to TRY to send something. If I was you guys I would for sure contact the Sgt. And let him know what is going on..or allow him to see this website so he can follow it. Also it makes no since that he is only contacting the ones who filed a claim with the Sgt. I still hope you guys get your money...I would be worried on the parts..If he had the parts I believe he would have posted in the forum to let EVERYONE know what was going on. Or he would have took 5min to take a picture. Because his website does not work anymore how do YOU guys have proof on the item you bought? I would contact the Sgt. on this one and find out what he wants you guys to do.
That s exactly what I think, he wants us to continue playing his game. No thanks TDC, if you want to make good then do as your customer have asked. Stop barking at everyone who asks question outside of your "please send your address" BS, just help us get our stuff or send them the cash, as I noticed that wasn't even offered when I simply asked for pictures first.
Be carefull with what you do folks, this guy hasn't made good on his scam yet. just empty promisses again as far as I can see.

My aunt works for a local lawfirm and I told her about everything and well.... She said that if a claim has already been filed against him and they ruled in the buyers favor and the only option was to refund the money...then TDC has only ONE option threw paypal..and that is to refund the money. She also said that if you do not get your money or products or are tired of waiting then you need to go file a small claim against him with what info you do have. In the claim you need to ask for the money that is owed plus YOUR court fees. I told her that everyone who he "scammed" is from different states. She said that he will have to attend the court where the papers was filed. Another option is just tell him You do not want the product since it has been 2+ months (longer for some) You was told the product would be shipped in a 7-14business day time frame and here it is 31+days later and hasent made contact with you nor Pay pal since you placed your order. She said that if you havent talked to the Sgt you need to do so ASAP. She said if it was her she would send all of the e-mails to the Sgt and not respond to TDC because everything she could do has been done and now she turned it over. She said it sounds as if the Sgt. has already made contact with him that is why he is "trying" to send the product. But incase he don't have the Sgt number she said she would give it to him and let him deal with it. Also she said something is fishy because he is demanding that you guys get the product not the money. I hope this helps and I hope it makes since!! Also I know you read this TDC...just please make things right..You might be a good person and you might have had something major come up..but I hope you relize how much trouble you are in and could still get in..just PLEASE do the right thing!

For what it's worth, I went through ALL this last summer with him and I completely agree! All I got last summer from him was circles of useless answers. He was constantly telling me new excuses, I know I explained this once already earlier in the thread, but stick to it, follow through with him. If I were you guys, I would just want my money back rather than taking the chance and getting an item that is different than the one you thought you bought...Quote:

Yeah- I'm disappointed that not everyone filed a report yet- This jerk comes back on here after disappearing for a month, demands addresses, swears he is not a crook- and AGAIN lies and doesn't come thru- If he had shipped Saturday or Monday like he promised we'd have gotten it by now- nothing but a thief and a liar....
