I work at Canadian Tire Financial Services. Within that company, I work in a Dispatch centre for Roadside Assistance. Handling Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance, Audi, Vw, GM... I also dub as a Credit Card Customer Service rep when they are busy in another building which is for those of you with a Canadian Tire credit card, I'm the guy that answers when you call the number on the back of your card.

My company wholesales our VoiP service (SIP Protocol) to independent cable operators around the United States. We do not sell the service to individuals, rather wholesale it and prefer business. We are a service provider, but we do not do the manual stuff like installations. Thats the responsibility of the company we wholesale to.

I am a VoiP tech analyst. On the computer and phone all day.
