I really like the looks of this car. It's hyundai's first v-8. The v8 is gonna produce over 300hp. This car is like a mix between the beamer m5 and the lexus and its cheaper then both. I think for fully loaded is 36k which isnt to bad compared to 45k plus. I just absolutly love this car.

I would say that if you offer a 10yr/100,000 mile warranty you got to have some reliability or you are going to take a bath.

Well they just recently started offering that so time will tell the story on that. If they are bold enough to offer lifetime warranty then they probably have either a good loophole or good equipment. They are having to build stuff better to keep up with whats coming in from overseas.

I'd definitely drive one before buying a G8 or 300. Hyundai's doing a lot to change their image.

I'm interested in seeing how it handles. I assume it's intended more as a luxury car, where I expect the G8 GT to be a lot firmer and sportier.

I am still worried about their reliability, I know a bunch of people with hyundai's and kias (same company) and not one has the original transmission and all were under warranty, 1 guy had 2 transmissions, and when the engine died he got it lemoned out, and the dealer even made a comment that it wasn't that odd

the warranty doesn't make it reliable they have had that warranty for a while, and are still among the lowest quality cars on the road
