So the other day, the passenger side window would go down, but not back up, with the master switch, or the passenger door switch. I put the window up manually after removing way too many screws. Is the window motor seized? Electrical issue? I'm guessing the type of car doesn't matter, just understanding what happens when you press the button to make a window go down or up.

I'd check for voltage at the motor when you hit the switch. If it's got power there then I'd guess the motor is shot. When you hit the switch do the lights dim at all like it's trying?

The light don't dim, and there is no noise from the motor. Almost like it's not getting power. But it goes down. That's what doesn't make sense.

Could be a bad master switch. If it's bad in the "up" position then it may cut power from the pass. side door switch as well since it likely all runs through that master. Just a guess though as I don't have a wire diagram on that one. Maybe pull the master switch and try to clean any contact you can find. Also, check to be sure the plugs at the motor and the switch are tight. A loose connection could cause it as well.
