Its kinda old, but I see now that they have reached a settlement. The bad news to it is that the excluded the L67 from the settlement.

I must have been living under a rock, its funny how they can exclude the L67 when in fact its a big part of the Grand Prix population...

Not so much really. The L67 accounted for about 10% of the GP population if I recall the stats correctly.

I just received my litigation letter back and it was rejected cause I did not have work records or receipts from when my old 97 GP GT blew its gaskets back in 2002. SORRY I did not keep my records for SEVEN YEARS! And sorry I don't have a crystal ball telling me there was gonna be a law suit for this stuff.

Its utter crap! Cause think about it, how long do you really keep your records of prior vehicles? Once you sell your vehicle or trade it in, how often do you keep your records for a vehicle you no longer own? A year? Maybe 2 years tops?

I am going to be calling the litigation firm and ***** to them about it, its just not fair to think the average person is gonna keep records for any length of time. I made the calls to dealership where the work was done, and even they dont keep the records past five years!

Frustrating I tell ya! Its a scam more than anything else! That is starting to be my final thoughts on this whole process.
