the way I tested for it was installing the top end on the head with a 99 maf throttle body. with a simple clamp and a dial indicator for valve lift all I did was stick A shop vac with a 4 inch PVC rubber coupler to the chamber and then I just measured the maf frequency.
well I guess you could quit that to some flow numbers all I was interested in was relative flow rates. which this works quite well for

I have a stock set of L32 heads as well as my Bullyflo L32 heads. I would be more than willing to get them flowed...

Sweet! I did did the same thing, but using a C&L (Ford aftermarket) 76mm MAF and a 220V industrial vacuum motor and a vacuum gauge to measure throttle body flow and MAF restriction.

Shops will differ in flow numbers. You'd have to take all the heads to the same shop to get an accurate comparison.

Ok. I myself will not take sides. As most know me I always help those who need it, post pics to help inspire and don;t start ****. LOL.
Firstly I have an L67 stock bottom end.
I have a set of Chris' heads. They are L32 heads. I had him make me a set when I blew my head gaskets last November and my ZZP stg 2 heads cracked and were bad. The ZZP heads were MILDLY ported. Surprised I ran 10's with them. On visual comparison between ZZP and Chris' heads, Chris' looks so much better and better ported especially gasket matching.
When it comes to physical I noticed a nice difference in my GP when I drove it. Felt much faster. So as of now Ive been happy with them. I'm hitting the track this Sunday with other upgraded mods to see what I can run.
As for dyno numbers I can't provide any even though Ive been on dyno twice. First time I had ZZP heads and was getting that misfire issue so U never had an clean pulls. Then I did dyno this year with Chris' heads (Couple of new mods not added yet). I thought the reason for misfire issue was the bad ZZP heads. I still had the misfire with Chris' heads. SO unfortunately I don't have dyno results. In theory my GP should be around 550-575whp.
Being I've owned my GP brand new since 2000 I know my car very well especially when I would add a mod. I felt a nice difference with new heads.
I didn't ask for flow numbers or proof of Chris' heads. I went by word of mouth from people I trust and I knew no matter what Chris did was going to be better then the ZZP stg 2 heads I had.

I am on board with this 100% except for two things.
1) ZZP S2 heads back when (I'm assuming you've had them for a hot minute since you've been in a scene awhile)...weren't that great. Pretty sure they were stock sized valves, too...not that the L32's are so much bigger to write home about, but they are a slightly larger design.
2) If Chris' heads were done up more, with new valvetrain parts, and more aggressive porting...then for sure, I'd think it would be fair to say they'd make more power and probably flow better, especially on a car making north of 500~ HP. That's gonna be a big deal. The thing I'm having a hiccup with on this is...that's like saying: "Man, my new GTP with a 3" downpipe and a 3.6" pulley runs pretty good for an old V6 family sedan...I don't know how much power it makes, but after I swapped out the 3.6" for a 3.4", it runs even quicker."

There's a Whole lot of lies here from Op. And I mean a whole lot. I'll go ahead and set them straight and get out the way so you guys can carry on.
I don't hide anything. I do 99% of my marketing on the Bully-Flo racing heads Facebook page.There are multiple flow charts there for those who say I don't provide flow numbers. I wrote an article about flow numbers a while back comparing two of my flow tests. One of the flow charts peaked at 213 CFM. The other peaked just shy of 233. both peaked at 600 lift. The article was to show that with a smaller cam, you would be flowing more air into your cylinders with the heads that only peaked at 213. This is because those heads averaged more flow through the lower & mid lift range.
I don't have stages & I never will. I port heads on a car-to- car basis.
I don't have set prices. Not everyone has the same goals. For example, I'm not going to suggest or encourage a customer who wants to spin 6600 rpm with 150 pound springs to stick with stock 200,000 mile old valves. At that point I add $390 to the port work for severe duty stainless valves, $225 for a 4 and 5 angle valve job and possibly $160 for titanium retainers etc... We can adjust from there based on the customer's budget.
Porting heads is serious business. It's compound complicated and never summed up in as short of a conversation as "What's the highest you can flow". Porting is the most important factor in overall engine performance and it can make or break a good setup. People tend to forget fuel flows through the heads too. Better Air/fuel swirl will gain more average power than a high CFM count on a dry bench because fuel flow doesn't agree with everything air flow agrees with. What about referencing minimal port section with pounds of boost and peak RPM? It's hard to argue with a person who is trying to discredit me when he doesn't understand the correct questions to ask about what I do.

There's not a single customer with dyno numbers , flow numbers , track times that run your heads or even showed they picked up anything but using your work. You claimed your better than vendors yet you have nothing to show. You also claimed in a video the vs cam with your heads would beat any turbo car on the road from a roll. I have track times to back everything up that I claim aswell as dyno numbers. no one you've done work for has anything. This weekend we will see if your heads helped sals car or not

Im guessing they did, Sals a great guy and knows his car better than the back of his hand, if he says they feel like a better head, im willing to take his word for it but I guess nothing is better than seeing real results, excited to see his car dive into the 10's some more.

An utter and complete liar on a mission. Nobody here is dumb enough to actually believe "I'd beat any turbo car", or that I would say something so stupid.
Chad Vandamme. LS2: 421 whp before my heads 451 after bolting them on and running out of injector.
Andrew Schnicke LQ4: ran 9's with my heads and was able to gain 200 whp after turning up his boost which the heads allowed him to do.
Brandon Endsley had mildly ported Bully-Flo heads on a gen V build with an XP cam. He went from the 320's for whp to 350whp with belt slip on the same size pulley at zzp's dyno before and after the heads.
Terrell Smith used my heads from the IS3 cam build I had. He made high 360's on a low compression block with a short stack and 93 octane.
Heads make more power & efficiency. They don't drive your car down the strip for you.
Sal made just over 500whp before my heads and 470's after. That's pretty damn good for having a misfire. How about stop wishing Sal does bad at the strip to discredit me. Instead just pull your head out of your @ss, stop lying to these folks and accept the truth.

I like Sal? I have no problems with him. And the video is on YouTube of u saying that !! Send me a set of your ported heads and I'll bolt them on and see if it makes my car any faster.. I race my car , I'm not like you and make claims of what it should do.. And before anyone says I'm looking for a free set of heads I have zzp stage 3 on my car right now. So let's settle this once and for all I'll test your heads because you never put up times. And no one believes a 200whp gain with heads just stop. Your claims are crazy. You can't go around threatening customers when being a business owner.... I wouldn't be taking the time to make up a false claim and keep commenting if everything I was saying was a lie
