I work in Williamsport and grew up there.

But there are a few other members from Williamsport. Click on the Local Chapters link in the upper right hand corner and see the Central PA Club GP one. Or just check out Central PA ClubGP

From memory, TyroElite, Deft, & atyourfuneral live in Wmspt, and atyourfuneral only lives there part time as he goes to school there.

But why are you interested in Billtown?

Ah, cool. I drive by there everyday.

Billtown...local slang for Willamsport. Bill is short for William.

I'm in Danville. Used to live in Williamsport. Get over to Milton McDonald's cruise ins often, but usually have the SS. Usually makes the BK cruise ins in Williamsport, but again with the SS.

I'm not referring to all of the little punks that hangout there on weeknights. Every month C.A.R.T.S, a local club, has a cruise in at the muncipal lot behind McDonald's. Generally 70+ cars there. Lots of nice muscle. Pretty much never any rice. They have a D.J. and door prizes. It's well organized and very enjoyable.

Yeah, I have heard they have a nice show. But haven't been there yet. When is the next one? I want to check it out.

And there may be a lot of muscle. But Greg's camaro isn't one of them. Slowest damn car I have ever seen. Pathetic really...And you need to wax that freakin thing....

Yeah, I might have to wax it sometime. Dang thing just doesn't shine up at all.

The first CARTS cruise in is April 19. They generally fall on the 3rd Saturday of every month. FYI, I keep an events schedule of local stuff here on our Fbody club board: 2008 Events schedule

Zef, you ever been to the Harvest Moon cruise ins in Linden? I've never made it to one and wondered how the turnout was.

Thanks greg, I will try to check out the carts cruise.

As for the Harvert Moon...my dad lives about 5 miles from there and we took the Avanti there once. It was towards the end and most people had left. But even still, they said only about 30 cars were there. Mostly classics. I wouldn't waste the time driving there for it.

Yes, the first cruise in is scheduled for this Saturday. This early in the year, I believe they start at 5 or 5:30. You have to go past McDonald's and then turn down the next street to enter the lot. There's usually signs out saying "Car Cruise ->". I won't be able to make it as both of my cars are currently uninspected until I finish up some work on both of them. I'm hoping to get the SS back on the road by next weekend. Just need to get some stuff powdercoated and some fuel lines plumbed.
