Thread: Spotted white 4 door leaving UTI parking lot

like the title says, there was a 4 door white gtp leaving UTI in Exton P.A today w/ Jersey plates. It definitely had a mild cam, sounded like an xp or s1x. drilled rotors, tinted tail-lights w/ white outlines, black spoiler and looked like it was hit on the passenger side rear 1/4 panel/taillight area.
