Maroon GTP sighting in IL! Oh the whine!

Ok I live in Kane county in IL. A 99ish maroon coupe pulled onto route 25. Gauges and a whine like I've never heard before..... WHO ARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! I want to make sweet sweet love to your car. (after a decent cool down period ofcourse)
