Honestly I wouldn't really trust someone out of their garage to do something like porting a charger, I'd send reptile a PM, he's got a pretty well respected business and that's one of the services he offers.

seriously? porting a blower is childsplay. if you mess up porting a blower youre a 'tard.

all you do is extend the V so it actually goes to the end of the case (take out the square nubs) and if youre opening it up for an intercooler you port out the H-bar too. the inlet really doesnt matter all that much unless you go to a bigger throttle body, which isnt really necessary until youre making a decent amount of power (beyond 3.4 setup).

Yes, dont make the "V" bigger. also, try not to make the whole rectangle bigger either, its already close to the same size as the lim, so i just set the cut up as to take off enough to take out the casting, and thats it. Also, you will find the outlet considerably off square, because its cast. I just square everything up with the cuts, extend the "V" by lining up the bit with the original outlet, then go back and hit a bevel on it with a 45 degree bit.
