I don't have that answer. talk to triple edge performance and see if there is a difference or not. the 97 year is a weird year.

part number is 24208320. Like i said it came off of my 2000 GTP.

my tranny is a 4t65e-hd. there should only be one type of diff cover for the hd trannys. i can send you a pict if you would like.
