    he said painted, so my guess is he left the red there on purpose

    I like the idea of peeling it off and doing something different. all black seemed boring. and the quart of red paint said I would get 3 ta 5 more horse power

    I got my last part today for GXP front brake swap. Also have the parts I need for pan drop and transgo kit along with a trans cooler.

    gota do some garage clean up then my car is going to be down for awhile while I fix and swap

    Anything else I should while im in those areas and its apart?

    Well its been about a year and it still looks nice. It did shrink back alil bit around the wind sheild trim but its pretty minor.

    I have been storing up some parts for some time now
    This stuff

    Going in here

    Dismantled GXP brakes had them powder coated and reassembled them with new seals and what not.

    all and all ss lines were easy to install there is no rubbing like ive read from other members.
    Pedal feels alil softer then it did be for but car comes to a stop quickly.
    Next up is pan drop shift kit and trans cooler.

    Installed my trans-go and cooler which I decided to run it stand alone

    This is my old fluid vs new yuck!
    I put a bottle of Lucus in there because of how nasty the fluid was
    I took Reptiles advice and I cut the crimps off at the hard lines. Said to be barbed but it was more like ribbed. He was right it made installing the cooler a snap.
    All that is left is to re install the air dam but I have to modify it so the lines fit.. Some rainy day.
    Car shifts much better very smooth. Trans temps didnt get above 150. and bonus points for no leaks

    97 im working on for a friend. is a gt but we are in the process on swapping in an l67 with a gen and headers. already hud, dic, and leather swapped it along with 04+ needles
