Headers should always be at the top of the priority list with these 3800's. The stock manifolds breathe no better than a coffee straw, and with blower that makes an extreme amount of heat, it's just asking for problems.Originally Posted by Sixelared
Not sure what headers you plan on buying, but most people would recommend Speed Daddy headers. You an get them off eBay or Speed Daddy's website itself for roughly $220 shipped. The only issue, is the flex pipe is hit or miss with them. I'd just recommend buying a dual-walled flex from ZZP for $40 and never have to look back again.
