the first couple days out in actual snow on the roads wasn't that bad. the car actually handles pretty well with the winter tires on.

There's nothing wrong with RWD in the snow if you know how the vehicle is going to react. Put my Mulletmobile in the snow and I can tell you exactly what will happen...it won't go...or if it does it'll become VERY tail happy without lots of weight added.

yeah, under lighter throttle it's pretty manageable.
once i lay into the pedal there is no traction to be had, ever.

I lost traction at WOT around a slight curve on dry pavement in 4th at 100mph with my sticky 11" wide rear meats...I think I'd have more than a few problems in the snow. LOL

We drove RWD vehicles in the snow without specialty tires through the 50's 60's 70's and even 80's. I think you will be fine.

Re: My '05 V - Headers in. More parts exist. Its slow
the manufacturer is D2. they're basically the same as all the rest of the JDM style coilovers (ksport, BC, etc.).
i just happened to befriend a guy that is friends with the owner of the company so i got a pretty sweet deal on them.
however, i still need to respring and revalve them to suit my needs.

i'll be getting a silver set. they don't do the dolphin grey in 20s unless i pay like a $450 up charge for getting them powder coated another color. i'll keep it classy with silver on silver.
