My thoughts are screw it race car I would go poly I mean like it's not gonna make the car jump. Just maybe move a little
CS mounts sold.
seeing if my parts guy can get the UMI mounts cheaper than i can, otherwise i'll probably order those tomorrow.
Jesus, who cares about nvh? You act like you're driving a caddie.
i know, right?
i'm gonna be good and poor coming up shortly here. i am already since i'm doubling up on my car payment and dropping another $500 on the mortgage every month (by myself). my bank account looks horrid right now.

****. spending money i don't even have. buy now, pay later, 'murica.
Those items purchased or on the list to?
i've given the go ahead to my parts guy to purchase said parts list. still waiting on a price for the motor mounts, but those will be purchased, too.
seems like the longest lead time item is the driveshaft, 3-4 weeks. ouch.
If anything, the poly will be stiff for a while, but they'll soften up after a couple months.
Or, it'll just split in half because it's a junky mold.
One can only hope :)
the mounts i'm buying won't break.
this should be fun.
Just a side note..makes sure you replace your plugs after you get the manifolds off. And do not use felpro gaskets. Re use your gm steel crush ones. I would also buy new bolts.
i'm getting an ARP stud kit. no more bolts.
and i'll just get a set of new GM gaskets just in case.
yeah, it's fast.
and got more money into it than i have into my house, probably.
i hate that they converted it to auto, though...
Turbo all the thingz.........
there's another guy putting together a similar single turbo setup, but he's keeping the manual. he also is keeping his pretty well full interior and all, keeping it a street car. i think i'll like his car more.
grand total just spent: $2585.
