The headlights scream ricey, the fender stripes well it's not a grand sport so they need to go as well.

Edit: eBay headlights always look so out if place.

There's been countless writeup's on "topswapping"

But my 2cents is, save it, and go turbo if your looking to have a build and make some power. I'm gonna have people burn my a$$ by saying it, but topswapping is a total waste of time. If all you want is a bone stock supercharged daily driver. Sell what you have now, and go buy one

Junkyard is your friend.. Expect to pay anywhere from $800+ to top swap and then you'll need a tune, you'll want headers etc. can't afford it either piece it together or just keep yours N/A.

Yeah iv been thinking about looking for a junkyard complete gtp engine and trans and rebuilding it but is it as simple as that just bolting it in and a gtp PCM. and with the trans would i have to get the tap shift steering wheel for the HD trans to work? also would a 97-03 trans fit into a 05 GT iv always wondered what could be put in it and work?

Scrap those lights! I bet the output is horrid.. just stick with stockers or do it right and do a projector retrofit.. As for the stripes i kinda like them
04 Top-swapped, 3.2 pulley, ZZP 1.9 rockers w/ #90 springs,Mild P&P heads, Pacesetter Headers, Sseilmnop 2" Phenolic Intercooler with stage 3 HE, ZZP billet fuel rails, 42.5lb injectors, 3" full exhaust, all poly mounts, other supporting mods.
oh and weight addition mods: CTS-V brake upgrade, 14" GT500 rotors

Stock headlights looks 100 times better than those ones.

Fender stripes are out of place.

If you were lowered, with a lip, a hood and better wheels, they might go with it okay, but as is, they scream RICE!
