    Well, seeing as I just figured out how to post pics ill start from the beggining....

    my first grand prix experience <333 a week after i bought it the aftermarket alarm went on the fritz when i was in detroit for a craigslist add and my car wouldnt start.. bad place to be stranded

    after that was all good and fixed, I decided that it was time to give the car a good, thorough clean

    gotta love meguiars!

    Soon after that, about 1000 miles after i got the car (161k total) I decided it was time to do valve cover gaskets, lower intake gaskets, and aluminum coolant elbows. Wellllll long story short, I had a nice fire in the engine compartment and it wouldnt shift. so i towed it up to the shop i work at and fixed that. Approximately one week later, i got a rod knock So i got a crate engine

    off to a good start

    ^^ under the car on the hoist after engine came out. Rebuilt trans!!!

    ^^ old nasty engine

    ^^ pretty new engine!!

    all installed! a days work

    Got this right before engine went^^ along with the borla exhaust i installed ten minutes before the engine started knocking


    Pretty slick

    Got some 5k 55 watt hids from ddmtuning , led reverse lights, and i was cheep and bought led fog lights b/c i didnt have money for the metal fog housings.

    Then my buddy ( who does not have a grand prix ) told me he had a 40th trunk lid that was on a car for only a year thats been sitting in his garage for years. sold it to me for 40$ score!!


    Plasti dip was going to be temporary but turned into a huge fail. had the glossifier and all!
    so i just put it on...

    Could have just taken the spoiler off and put it on your original trunk lid. Nice work though. Crate engine looks nice!

    thanks! considered changing out the spoiler and just doing it black but i have rust under the stock spoiler

    Nice looking car. You put a ton of work into it. I just picked up a red GP not that long ago.

    I just moved out of Eastpointe after living there for a long time.
