She looks like she has enough white trash in her to make me happy
Its pretty hard getting in those narrow spaces with a giant thing in your hands. On another note, on a smaller version a aluminum oxide stone can do 1 entire head before its toast woop!

Ya tell me about it so glad its inside the ring! Thats what happens when you try to move your body and keep working at the same time.
Harbor Freight has small 1/8th inch shank diamond grinding sets for cheap that work great with a Dremel or pencil air die grinder

While a lot of high performance engines do polish the exhaust valves the intake valve you tend to see the they leave the machining grooves on them to increase the surface area to help vaporize the fuel sprayed on to the valve
Intake valves are not done yet, I am going to attempt what I asked you in pm a while ago, I picked up 2 of these from menards in hoping it will give me what I want.

I practiced on 3 junk exhaust valves just to see with a flat edged carbide and didnt really like the out come. But I really dont know, I will practice on the 4th and see if I like it with the diamond cutoff and go from there

do not induce stress risers a coarse grit in an Omni directional pattern is plenty, ideally it would be the spiral "record track" of a lathe cutting tool

Ive still got a sh1t pile of valves and at least 2 good sets of heads here. 1 complete set of valves that have had the seats cut with compound.
New denso 02, car was storing 2 codes for it.
Figured to replace the over 2 year old coppers. Well, besides the fronts looking mint, the guts of the wire on #1 ripped out and the kicker? Not a store around currently has delco in stock
Also I found out the #1 plug can rotate in itself round and round and round.

keep up your maintenance dude lol i like the marker line, that should have been a misfire, with the bad plug wire. any parts store wire set is fine. you dont need delco.
